Like many of you, I follow a few people on social media who I consider “experts” in whatever it is that I’m seeking to improve in my life.  But, honestly, that list is becoming smaller and smaller. 

One of these was a popular and well-respected “finance experts” who was advising  folks to not buy a house while providing her reasoning.  Now, in a broader sense, I get the point she was trying to make. which was essentially, that real estate is way more expensive than renting and that you should just rent.
