Dana Blanks

With millions of dollars in sales, Dana Blanks is a well-known, well-respected real estate professional with over 18 years experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the housing market. With a strong background in affordable housing and local government housing programs, Dana is passionate about making homeownership accessible to all—especially first-time buyers and underserved communities. Through Real Estate With Love, she is committed to  breaking down complex real estate topics into simple, actionable insights, empowering readers with the knowledge they need to build wealth, make informed decisions, and create lasting stability through homeownership.

She is a proud graduate of the Historically Black College & University (HBCU), North Carolina Central University. She also earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
